Do you work in Leszno?
Yes, remotely — the studio is based in Warsaw. We measure from the developer's plan or the contractor's survey, plus photos and video from a list we send. A site visit is arranged when the project needs one and agreed before the start.
Should the design come before or after construction?
Before. According to GUS, a house here takes about 26 months to build, and layouts, services and lighting need to be settled on paper within that time. Rebuilding what is already up always costs more than designing it.
