What does "besenrein" mean and do you go beyond it?

Besenrein means broom-clean. We go further — floors, sanitary areas, kitchen, limescale and grease — so the flat passes handover and your deposit is protected.

Will this help me get my deposit back?

A thorough end-of-tenancy clean to handover standard is the best way to avoid deductions from your 2–3 month deposit. You also get an invoice as proof.

Can you come at short notice before handover?

Yes — appointments are usually available within 24 hours. Book online in English and pay by card.
