How we issue invoices

CleanWhale operates as an intermediary platform (marketplace) that connects you with independent Contractors providing cleaning and other services.

CleanWhale issues you a VAT invoice only for the Order Handling Fee — our remuneration for intermediary services: selecting and verifying the Contractor, coordination, and handling documents and payments.

The service is provided and documented directly by the Contractor, who issues you a separate document for its full value: a VAT invoice if the Contractor is an active VAT payer (VAT deductible on your side), or an invoice without VAT or a bill if the Contractor is exempt (a tax-deductible cost, without VAT deduction).

You therefore receive two documents per order, and both are tax-deductible costs. Your final price and payment method stay the same.

How we calculate VAT

CleanWhale charges VAT only on its own remuneration, not on the value of the service — the seller of the service is the Contractor, not CleanWhale. Our invoice: the Order Handling Fee plus 23% VAT, fully deductible on your side. The Contractor's invoice: VAT depends solely on their status. There is no double taxation — VAT appears at most once on each side.

Targeted oil stain extraction in Chełm

Motor oil drips, transmission fluid, and greasy spills leave dark, unsightly blemishes on driveways, parking bays, and garage floors. Standard hose rinsing only spreads the slick across porous surfaces. CleanWhale provides professional oil stain removal in Chełm, utilizing specialized industrial degreasers and targeted pressure washing to lift grease out of deep pores, restoring a spotless, uniform appearance.

Our grease and oil cleaning procedure

We treat affected patches with concentrated, material-safe chemical agents that break down hydrocarbon chains. After allowing the solution to draw out embedded grease, we thoroughly pressure-rinse the area. We treat residential driveways, commercial parking stalls, and workshop floors throughout Chełm, with quick availability in suburbs like Bończa and Bukowa Wielka.

Clear pricing for stain removal in Chełm

Our service rates start from 20 zł per m². Pricing is based on surface material, stain penetration depth, and affected area size. We confirm all details clearly beforehand, ensuring total transparency without hidden add-ons.

Schedule oil stain cleaning online

Specify the surface type and approximate stain area, pick a suitable time slot, and finalize your booking in moments. Let CleanWhale eliminate stubborn grease marks from your property in Chełm.
