How we issue invoices

CleanWhale operates as an intermediary platform (marketplace) that connects you with independent Contractors providing cleaning and other services.

CleanWhale issues you a VAT invoice only for the Order Handling Fee — our remuneration for intermediary services: selecting and verifying the Contractor, coordination, and handling documents and payments.

The service is provided and documented directly by the Contractor, who issues you a separate document for its full value: a VAT invoice if the Contractor is an active VAT payer (VAT deductible on your side), or an invoice without VAT or a bill if the Contractor is exempt (a tax-deductible cost, without VAT deduction).

You therefore receive two documents per order, and both are tax-deductible costs. Your final price and payment method stay the same.

How we calculate VAT

CleanWhale charges VAT only on its own remuneration, not on the value of the service — the seller of the service is the Contractor, not CleanWhale. Our invoice: the Order Handling Fee plus 23% VAT, fully deductible on your side. The Contractor's invoice: VAT depends solely on their status. There is no double taxation — VAT appears at most once on each side.

Professional sports pitch cleaning in Dąbrowa Górnicza

Synthetic pitches, running tracks, and multi-sport complexes endure intensive wear from training sessions and shifting weather. Accumulated dirt, organic debris, and moss build-up degrade surface elasticity and compromise athlete safety. CleanWhale offers specialized sports ground maintenance throughout Dąbrowa Górnicza, as well as nearby districts such as Będzin and Chruszczobród, ensuring surfaces stay pristine, level, and tournament-ready.

Our sports surface maintenance workflow

We tailor our maintenance treatments to synthetic turf, tartan, and composite courts:

Deep debris removal, sweeping, and dust extraction from turf fibers
Decompacting packed infill to restore proper shock absorption
Brushing and evening out the infill distribution across high-traffic zones
Targeted eradication of moss, lichen, and persistent weed growth
Pressure washing of tartan tracks, polymeric courts, and perimeter drainage channels

Clear pricing for schools and athletic clubs

Every facility receives a customized quote reflecting court dimensions, surface type, and cleaning frequency. We provide comprehensive VAT invoices and formal documentation for educational facilities, sports clubs, and municipal venues.
