How we issue invoices

CleanWhale operates as an intermediary platform (marketplace) that connects you with independent Contractors providing cleaning and other services.

CleanWhale issues you a VAT invoice only for the Order Handling Fee — our remuneration for intermediary services: selecting and verifying the Contractor, coordination, and handling documents and payments.

The service is provided and documented directly by the Contractor, who issues you a separate document for its full value: a VAT invoice if the Contractor is an active VAT payer (VAT deductible on your side), or an invoice without VAT or a bill if the Contractor is exempt (a tax-deductible cost, without VAT deduction).

You therefore receive two documents per order, and both are tax-deductible costs. Your final price and payment method stay the same.

How we calculate VAT

CleanWhale charges VAT only on its own remuneration, not on the value of the service — the seller of the service is the Contractor, not CleanWhale. Our invoice: the Order Handling Fee plus 23% VAT, fully deductible on your side. The Contractor's invoice: VAT depends solely on their status. There is no double taxation — VAT appears at most once on each side.

Targeted oil and grease extraction in Jelenia Góra

Motor oil drips, transmission fluid, and hydraulic grease quickly sink into porous paving stones and garage concrete, leaving dark spots that ordinary hosing cannot fix. CleanWhale provides specialized oil stain removal across Jelenia Góra, deploying active chemical emulsifiers and high-temperature pressure washing to draw contaminants out of deep pores without damaging the surface.

How we remove stubborn oil marks

We treat oil spills with heavy-duty biodegradable degreasers that break down hydrocarbon molecules inside the material matrix. Once emulsified, the residues are rinsed away under intense water pressure. We handle driveways, parking spaces, logistics areas, and residential garages across Jelenia Góra as well as surrounding localities like Benecko and Dolní Branná.

Affordable rates for oil stain removal in Jelenia Góra

Our specialized spot removal starts from 20 zł per m². Pricing is determined by the total affected area, the age of the spill, and the depth of surface penetration. You will receive an accurate, transparent quote online before finishing your reservation.

Reserve your stain removal service today

Simply indicate the type of surface and estimated stain size, select a suitable arrival time, and pay smoothly online. Order expert oil stain removal in Jelenia Góra now and restore your driveway to a flawless finish.
