How we issue invoices

CleanWhale operates as an intermediary platform (marketplace) that connects you with independent Contractors providing cleaning and other services.

CleanWhale issues you a VAT invoice only for the Order Handling Fee — our remuneration for intermediary services: selecting and verifying the Contractor, coordination, and handling documents and payments.

The service is provided and documented directly by the Contractor, who issues you a separate document for its full value: a VAT invoice if the Contractor is an active VAT payer (VAT deductible on your side), or an invoice without VAT or a bill if the Contractor is exempt (a tax-deductible cost, without VAT deduction).

You therefore receive two documents per order, and both are tax-deductible costs. Your final price and payment method stay the same.

How we calculate VAT

CleanWhale charges VAT only on its own remuneration, not on the value of the service — the seller of the service is the Contractor, not CleanWhale. Our invoice: the Order Handling Fee plus 23% VAT, fully deductible on your side. The Contractor's invoice: VAT depends solely on their status. There is no double taxation — VAT appears at most once on each side.

Eliminate tough oil stains in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski

Engine oil drips, hydraulic fluids, and grease marks on driveways or garage floors are notorious for resisting standard detergent washing. Water alone merely spreads the grease deeper into porous surfaces. CleanWhale provides targeted oil stain removal in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski, using industrial chemical extraction and high-pressure steam cleaning to dissolve stubborn hydrocarbons.

Specialized stain extraction process

We treat affected areas with professional degreasing compounds that penetrate deep into concrete or paving stones to lift embedded oils to the surface. We then wash and extract the residues thoroughly. From residential driveways in Bidziny to commercial parking bays near Lipsko, we tailor the intensity of the treatment to safely protect the underlying stone while lifting the dark blemish completely.

Transparent prices from 20 zł per m²

Our deep stain removal service begins at 20 zł per m². The total calculation depends on the surface material, as well as the age and depth of the oil penetration. You receive a guaranteed upfront price without hidden costs.

Reserve your stain removal service online

Select your required area, describe the stain type, choose an appointment date, and book online in a few clicks. Restore the spotless appearance of your driveway in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski with CleanWhale.
