How we issue invoices

CleanWhale operates as an intermediary platform (marketplace) that connects you with independent Contractors providing cleaning and other services.

CleanWhale issues you a VAT invoice only for the Order Handling Fee — our remuneration for intermediary services: selecting and verifying the Contractor, coordination, and handling documents and payments.

The service is provided and documented directly by the Contractor, who issues you a separate document for its full value: a VAT invoice if the Contractor is an active VAT payer (VAT deductible on your side), or an invoice without VAT or a bill if the Contractor is exempt (a tax-deductible cost, without VAT deduction).

You therefore receive two documents per order, and both are tax-deductible costs. Your final price and payment method stay the same.

How we calculate VAT

CleanWhale charges VAT only on its own remuneration, not on the value of the service — the seller of the service is the Contractor, not CleanWhale. Our invoice: the Order Handling Fee plus 23% VAT, fully deductible on your side. The Contractor's invoice: VAT depends solely on their status. There is no double taxation — VAT appears at most once on each side.

Restoration of Wooden Windows in Płock

Authentic timber windows bring timeless elegance and warmth to historic townhouses and suburban residences throughout Płock. Over the years, exposure to river valley winds, temperature swings, and moisture causes paint to chip, wood to grey, and seals to deteriorate. Instead of investing in expensive modern replacements that compromise architectural charm, professional restoration breathes new life into your original timber frames.

Comprehensive Window Renovation Scope

Our specialists in Płock carry out a thorough rejuvenation process tailored to the condition of your joinery:

Removing peeling paint layers and old varnish coats
Precision sanding, evening out imperfections, and filling wood cavities
Deep protective treatment against rot, damp, and fungal growth
Applying durable primers and top-grade weather-resistant paints or stains
Replacing worn glazing putty, draught seals, and acoustic gaskets
Servicing, lubricating, and realigning hinges and window fittings

Transparent Pricing Across Płock & Surrounding Areas

Whether your property is situated in central Płock, Brwilno, or Łąck, we provide clear upfront pricing based on the size, quantity, and wear of your windows. You know the exact cost before confirming your reservation, with seamless online payment and zero hidden extras.
