How we issue invoices

CleanWhale operates as an intermediary platform (marketplace) that connects you with independent Contractors providing cleaning and other services.

CleanWhale issues you a VAT invoice only for the Order Handling Fee — our remuneration for intermediary services: selecting and verifying the Contractor, coordination, and handling documents and payments.

The service is provided and documented directly by the Contractor, who issues you a separate document for its full value: a VAT invoice if the Contractor is an active VAT payer (VAT deductible on your side), or an invoice without VAT or a bill if the Contractor is exempt (a tax-deductible cost, without VAT deduction).

You therefore receive two documents per order, and both are tax-deductible costs. Your final price and payment method stay the same.

How we calculate VAT

CleanWhale charges VAT only on its own remuneration, not on the value of the service — the seller of the service is the Contractor, not CleanWhale. Our invoice: the Order Handling Fee plus 23% VAT, fully deductible on your side. The Contractor's invoice: VAT depends solely on their status. There is no double taxation — VAT appears at most once on each side.

Professional Wooden Window Restoration in Stalowa Wola

Traditional wooden windows add unmistakable architectural character, yet exposure to changing Podkarpackie weather inevitably leads to flaking paint, greyed timber, and deteriorated seals. Rather than paying for costly full replacements, restoring your woodwork revitalises its authentic charm. CleanWhale delivers comprehensive wooden window renovation across Stalowa Wola, renewing timber surfaces, refreshing paint coats, and restoring thermal performance.

Complete Window Refurbishment Process

Our skilled specialists carefully strip failing coatings, sand and smooth the wood, fill cracks, and apply protective treatments against moisture and mould. We prime and repaint with high-grade finishes, replace degraded glazing putty and weatherstripping, and adjust hardware so that your sashes close seamlessly.

Transparent Pricing with No Hidden Fees

Every quote in Stalowa Wola is calculated directly on our platform according to the quantity and structural state of your frames. You receive a clear, upfront estimate before booking, with straightforward and secure online payment.

Fast Online Scheduling Across the Region

Whether your home is located in central Stalowa Wola or nearby suburban areas like Jastkowice and Bieliny, reserving our service takes just a few clicks. Select a suitable date, outline the condition of your woodwork, and let CleanWhale bring your wooden windows back to pristine condition.
