How we issue invoices

CleanWhale operates as an intermediary platform (marketplace) that connects you with independent Contractors providing cleaning and other services.

CleanWhale issues you a VAT invoice only for the Order Handling Fee — our remuneration for intermediary services: selecting and verifying the Contractor, coordination, and handling documents and payments.

The service is provided and documented directly by the Contractor, who issues you a separate document for its full value: a VAT invoice if the Contractor is an active VAT payer (VAT deductible on your side), or an invoice without VAT or a bill if the Contractor is exempt (a tax-deductible cost, without VAT deduction).

You therefore receive two documents per order, and both are tax-deductible costs. Your final price and payment method stay the same.

How we calculate VAT

CleanWhale charges VAT only on its own remuneration, not on the value of the service — the seller of the service is the Contractor, not CleanWhale. Our invoice: the Order Handling Fee plus 23% VAT, fully deductible on your side. The Contractor's invoice: VAT depends solely on their status. There is no double taxation — VAT appears at most once on each side.

Professional restoration of wooden windows in Tczew

Historic and classic wooden joinery gives properties in Tczew an undeniable charm and structural solidity. However, exposure to river moisture, frost and changing weather causes frames to fade, wood to crack and original seals to lose elasticity. Replacing classic wooden frames with plastic alternatives is often unnecessary and takes away the character of your home. CleanWhale provides complete wooden window restoration across Tczew, ensuring your frames regain their original beauty and optimal thermal performance.

Comprehensive window overhaul process

Our craftsmanship involves detailed mechanical stripping of degraded paint layers, precision sanding, deep wood defect filling, antifungal impregnation, durable multi-layer coating, and complete replacement of brittle weatherstripping and glazing putty. We also realign historical and modern hardware mechanisms so sashes glide effortlessly and close with an airtight seal.

Transparent pricing in Tczew

We believe in straightforward rates with zero hidden fees. The final price depends on the overall condition and volume of your window frames, clearly calculated before you finalize your reservation. Pay securely online by card with total peace of mind.

Book window restoration in Tczew today

From central townhouses to residential homes in Bałdowo, Czatkowy and neighboring areas, our specialists deliver spotless results. Select your preferred date, configure the service details online, and let our craftsmen revitalize your wooden windows.
