How we issue invoices

CleanWhale operates as an intermediary platform (marketplace) that connects you with independent Contractors providing cleaning and other services.

CleanWhale issues you a VAT invoice only for the Order Handling Fee — our remuneration for intermediary services: selecting and verifying the Contractor, coordination, and handling documents and payments.

The service is provided and documented directly by the Contractor, who issues you a separate document for its full value: a VAT invoice if the Contractor is an active VAT payer (VAT deductible on your side), or an invoice without VAT or a bill if the Contractor is exempt (a tax-deductible cost, without VAT deduction).

You therefore receive two documents per order, and both are tax-deductible costs. Your final price and payment method stay the same.

How we calculate VAT

CleanWhale charges VAT only on its own remuneration, not on the value of the service — the seller of the service is the Contractor, not CleanWhale. Our invoice: the Order Handling Fee plus 23% VAT, fully deductible on your side. The Contractor's invoice: VAT depends solely on their status. There is no double taxation — VAT appears at most once on each side.

Revitalise your wooden joinery in Zielona Góra

Classic wooden frames provide timeless charm, excellent thermal properties, and a unique aesthetic. Over time, however, exposure to moisture and seasonal temperature shifts leads to flaking paint, greying timber, and drafty gaps. Instead of investing in costly modern replacements, professional refurbishment breathes fresh vitality into your authentic frames. CleanWhale delivers skilled wooden window renovation across Zielona Góra and surrounding areas such as Sulechów and Czerwieńsk, preserving the classic character of your property while restoring full thermal insulation and mechanical smooth operation.

Comprehensive window restoration process

Our skilled tradespeople carefully strip away weathered paint layers, sand timber to bare grain, fill cavities, and apply anti-fungal and moisture-resistant protective primers. We install fresh seals, re-putty where necessary, and finish with durable coats of high-grade paint or woodstain. We also recalibrate and lubricate the original metal fittings, guaranteeing that every window sash opens, glides, and locks effortlessly.

Clear and transparent pricing in Zielona Góra

We provide straightforward upfront pricing calculated directly from the dimensions and condition of your frames. You will always know the final cost before confirming your booking, with no hidden on-site extras, and you can pay securely online.

Book your window restoration online

Select your requirements, specify the number of sashes, choose a date that suits your schedule, and finalize your booking in less than two minutes. Bring long-lasting beauty and warmth back into your home in Zielona Góra today with CleanWhale.
