Share capital is not a service fee: it belongs to your company. PCC tax is estimated on capital minus the 250 zł court fee and rounded to full PLN; the PCC-3 return determines the final tax. Optional legal advisors, paid bank accounts and ongoing accounting are not included.

After filing a complete application in S24, the court can register the company on the next business day, though timing depends on the court and document accuracy. Plan for a few business days; this is not a guaranteed date.
