How we issue invoices

CleanWhale operates as an intermediary platform (marketplace) that connects you with independent Contractors providing cleaning and other services.

CleanWhale issues you a VAT invoice only for the Order Handling Fee — our remuneration for intermediary services: selecting and verifying the Contractor, coordination, and handling documents and payments.

The service is provided and documented directly by the Contractor, who issues you a separate document for its full value: a VAT invoice if the Contractor is an active VAT payer (VAT deductible on your side), or an invoice without VAT or a bill if the Contractor is exempt (a tax-deductible cost, without VAT deduction).

You therefore receive two documents per order, and both are tax-deductible costs. Your final price and payment method stay the same.

How we calculate VAT

CleanWhale charges VAT only on its own remuneration, not on the value of the service — the seller of the service is the Contractor, not CleanWhale. Our invoice: the Order Handling Fee plus 23% VAT, fully deductible on your side. The Contractor's invoice: VAT depends solely on their status. There is no double taxation — VAT appears at most once on each side.

Ozone Treatment in Gliwice — Deep Disinfection and Pure Air

Ozone treatment represents one of the most powerful and eco-friendly methods to purify indoor air, eliminate stubborn smells, and destroy harmful pathogens. Unlike standard air fresheners that merely mask foul odors with perfumes, ozone actively breaks down volatile organic compounds at the molecular level. It penetrates deep into upholstery, carpets, wall cavities, and air conditioning ducts. CleanWhale delivers professional ozonation services for residential flats, houses, commercial premises, and vehicles across Gliwice, including neighborhoods like Gierałtowice and Chudów.

When Is Ozone Treatment Essential?

Ozonation is the ideal solution for tackling demanding sanitization challenges:

Eliminating Stubborn Odors – Neutralizing persistent smells of cigarette smoke, cooking grease, animal odors, dampness, and post-fire soot.
Allergen & Pathogen Eradication – Killing airborne bacteria, seasonal viruses, dust mites, and microscopic mold spores.
Moving Into a New Home – Disinfecting second-hand apartments before moving in to ensure a completely sterile, allergen-free environment.
Post-Illness Decontamination – Thoroughly sanitizing rooms following seasonal viral infections or bacterial illnesses.
Car Interior Sanitization – Refreshing vehicle ventilation systems and removing persistent cabin smells.

Transparent Pricing and Effortless Online Booking

At CleanWhale, ordering ozone treatment in Gliwice takes just a few clicks. Select your room dimensions or vehicle type, see your exact price upfront with zero hidden charges, and choose a date that works best for you. Breathe crisp, purified air in your Gliwice home with CleanWhale.
