How we issue invoices

CleanWhale operates as an intermediary platform (marketplace) that connects you with independent Contractors providing cleaning and other services.

CleanWhale issues you a VAT invoice only for the Order Handling Fee — our remuneration for intermediary services: selecting and verifying the Contractor, coordination, and handling documents and payments.

The service is provided and documented directly by the Contractor, who issues you a separate document for its full value: a VAT invoice if the Contractor is an active VAT payer (VAT deductible on your side), or an invoice without VAT or a bill if the Contractor is exempt (a tax-deductible cost, without VAT deduction).

You therefore receive two documents per order, and both are tax-deductible costs. Your final price and payment method stay the same.

How we calculate VAT

CleanWhale charges VAT only on its own remuneration, not on the value of the service — the seller of the service is the Contractor, not CleanWhale. Our invoice: the Order Handling Fee plus 23% VAT, fully deductible on your side. The Contractor's invoice: VAT depends solely on their status. There is no double taxation — VAT appears at most once on each side.

Ozone Air Disinfection and Odor Removal in Tczew

Ozone treatment is one of the most powerful, chemical-free methods for completely neutralizing deeply ingrained odors and sanitizing indoor air. Because ozone gas permeates everywhere air circulates — deep into upholstery, behind furniture, and inside ventilation shafts — it eliminates airborne bacteria, virus particles, and mold spores that temporary chemical sprays merely mask. CleanWhale offers thorough residential, office, and vehicle ozonation across Tczew.

When Is Ozone Treatment Necessary?

Ozone disinfection is the ideal solution for tackling difficult smells and biological contaminants:

Eliminating persistent tobacco smoke, burnt food, or fire damage odors.
Neutralizing pet smells and biological allergens.
Sanitizing newly purchased or rented apartments before moving in.
Decontaminating rooms after seasonal respiratory illnesses or mold outbreaks.
Freshening vehicle air conditioning systems and car interiors.

Our technicians frequently serve residential neighborhoods across Tczew, including Czatkowy and Błotnik, restoring clean, breathable indoor air.

Clear and Predictable Pricing in Tczew

At CleanWhale, our ozonation pricing is calculated entirely upfront based on room volume and the intensity of the treatment required. You receive an accurate, transparent total during online booking with zero unexpected surcharges on site.

Order Ozone Disinfection Online

Booking your ozonation session in Tczew takes less than two minutes. Specify your property size, pick an arrival time that suits your schedule, and pay safely online. Enjoy healthy, sanitized air with CleanWhale today.
