How we issue invoices

CleanWhale operates as an intermediary platform (marketplace) that connects you with independent Contractors providing cleaning and other services.

CleanWhale issues you a VAT invoice only for the Order Handling Fee — our remuneration for intermediary services: selecting and verifying the Contractor, coordination, and handling documents and payments.

The service is provided and documented directly by the Contractor, who issues you a separate document for its full value: a VAT invoice if the Contractor is an active VAT payer (VAT deductible on your side), or an invoice without VAT or a bill if the Contractor is exempt (a tax-deductible cost, without VAT deduction).

You therefore receive two documents per order, and both are tax-deductible costs. Your final price and payment method stay the same.

How we calculate VAT

CleanWhale charges VAT only on its own remuneration, not on the value of the service — the seller of the service is the Contractor, not CleanWhale. Our invoice: the Order Handling Fee plus 23% VAT, fully deductible on your side. The Contractor's invoice: VAT depends solely on their status. There is no double taxation — VAT appears at most once on each side.

Effective Ozonation in Dąbrowa Górnicza — Eliminate Odours & Pathogens

Ozone treatment is one of the most powerful and eco-friendly methods for deep disinfection and permanent odour removal. Because ozone is an active gas, it penetrates deep into upholstery, carpets, wall crevices, and ventilation ducts where ordinary cleaning cannot reach. It breaks down volatile organic compounds, neutralises stubborn smells, and destroys mould spores, bacteria, and allergens. CleanWhale provides professional ozonation services for flats, houses, offices, and vehicles in Dąbrowa Górnicza, as well as nearby districts including Czeladź and Bolesław.

When Is Ozone Treatment Recommended?

Ozonation is ideal whenever you need comprehensive sanitisation or need to get rid of persistent, stubborn smells:

After cigarette smoke, persistent cooking odours, or localized fire damage.
To eliminate lingering pet smells and sanitise animal living areas.
Before moving into a previously rented or newly bought home.
Following seasonal illnesses to disinfect interior air and surfaces.
To remove musty, damp smells and neutralise airborne mould spores in basements and living rooms.

Transparent Pricing and Simple Online Booking

With CleanWhale in Dąbrowa Górnicza, there are no unexpected extra fees on arrival. We calculate the price upfront based on the room size and treatment requirements. You review the exact cost before confirming your booking and pay securely online. Schedule your ozone treatment today and enjoy pure, germ-free indoor air.
